About the Role

We are looking for CRM/Email & Marketing Automation Manager to reengage our audience and create dynamic engagement strategies across the customer life cycle.

We believe that a CRM/email & marketing automation manager is someone who deeply understands human psychology and the consumer journey.

He/she also has the skills in database management, user segmentation, and email marketing to create successful automated funnels that deliver results for both the customer and the company.

You’ll work closely with the content and marketing teams and be part of the performance marketing team. You’ll enjoy being involved in a more holistic role that requires you to wear multiple hats, and thrive in a start-up environment.

In the early days, you will be responsible for cleaning up our current email list, creating new systems to maintain our list and database, and setting up the systems to monitor automations and implement improvements to increase engagement and sales.

In the long-term, you’ll be part of leading the marketing automation team and enable Arabic Unlocked’s international expansion.
